How to play

One meeting or workshop

Get the team on board

Use this in a session where the organizer has agreed to the game. Remove prompts that single out a colleague or encourage people to make mistakes. Choose a short grid to keep it in the background.

Listen and mark

Mark a square when its event occurs naturally. Do not interrupt speakers or manufacture events for a win. In a remote meeting, each participant can use a printed card.

Review at the end

Check completed lines once the meeting has finished. Use a few squares to discuss what helped the meeting, such as clear goals, useful questions, or recorded decisions.

Keep work details generic if printed cards will be left in a shared room.
Choose one card per small team for a cooperative workshop version.

No. It creates printable cards. Your existing meeting tool carries the conversation; the game does not record calls or read meeting content.

Can I add our own phrases?

Yes. Replace lines in the word list with phrases your team is comfortable using. Short phrases stay easier to read.

How do I save my cards as a PDF?

Choose A4 or US Letter, then use Download PDF to save your set. Print opens your browser’s print dialog instead. Your latest draft is saved in this browser when storage is available; download a PDF to keep a separate copy or send the cards to someone else.
