Privacy policy

Updated 8 September 2026. This policy describes bingocardgenerator.site.

Card text and files

The generator creates cards and PDFs in your browser. It does not upload your card text or generated PDFs to a card-storage service. There is no account system or public gallery of visitor-created cards.

Storage on your device

When browser storage is available, localStorage keeps your latest card draft, chosen language, and analytics preference. Draft keys begin with bingo-draft-v1:; the other keys are bingo-language and bingo-analytics-consent. These entries have no automatic expiry and remain until replaced or removed.

Use Reset cards to remove the current draft. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes its saved drafts and preferences. This also resets your analytics choice. Downloaded PDFs are separate files on your device and are not deleted by clearing browser data.

Optional analytics

Yandex Metrica loads only after you allow analytics. It uses cookies and browser identifiers to measure visits, traffic sources, clicks, and interactions, including session replay. We also measure card shuffling, opening the print dialog, and starting a PDF download, with the template and interface language.

Card text fields and card previews are marked for masking in session recordings. This does not make all analytics data anonymous: browser identifiers can link visits and actions. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into your cards.

You can decline analytics without losing generator features. To change your choice, use Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops this site’s analytics from loading on subsequent visits; it does not automatically delete data already held by Yandex. You can also remove cookies using your browser settings.

Website delivery

Loading the website requires its hosting infrastructure to receive connection information, such as your IP address and the requested URL. The site is hosted with Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. This necessary delivery traffic is separate from optional Metrica analytics.

Planned Google advertising

We are preparing to use Google AdSense. Google advertising scripts and ads are not currently enabled. Publishing our AdSense account identifier and ads.txt file does not itself load Google advertising cookies.

If Google ads are enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to select ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies for personalized ads. Ad services may also receive page URLs, IP addresses, and information needed to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

Before enabling ads, we will configure the applicable advertising consent controls and update this policy to reflect the services actually used. Your current Metrica choice is not consent to future Google advertising.

Messages sent to this address are forwarded to our Gmail inbox through Namecheap. Avoid sending sensitive card content or identity documents.
