How to play
Wedding reception tables · During the reception
Match the schedule
Remove moments that are not part of this celebration and add your own. The template starts with a 3 × 3 grid so guests can finish a line without needing to witness many events.
Leave cards on the tables
Print a different card for each guest, or one per table for a shared game. Explain that players should observe events, not interrupt the celebration or stage moments to win.
Check a completed line
Guests mark events when they happen. A row, column, or diagonal is bingo. Ask players to show a host their card at a convenient break instead of shouting during a speech.
- For a larger card, use 4 × 4 or 5 × 5 only if the reception has enough matching moments.
- No caller is needed. Leave the optional item list off to save paper.
Before you print
Can we play one card per table?
Yes. Set the card count to the number of tables. Guests can work together and use one pen to mark shared observations.
Does every wedding need the same events?
No. This list is a starting point. Edit it for the couple’s plans, traditions, and guests before printing.
How do I save my cards as a PDF?
Use Print / Save PDF, then choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. Choose A4 or US Letter in the editor first, and turn off browser headers and footers. Reloading or leaving this page clears your edits, so save your PDF before you go.
