How to play
Guests at a baby shower · During gift opening
Adjust the gift list
Replace items with gifts that suit this shower. Avoid several names for the same gift, such as “sleep suit” and “onesie,” unless you intend to treat them separately. Choose a 3 × 3 grid for a short gift-opening session.
Hand out different cards
Print one card per guest and provide pens. Explain whether a matching item inside a gift bundle counts. The center is marked in advance on odd-sized grids when the free-space option is on.
Mark the gifts
As each present is opened, guests mark its item if it appears on their card. The first completed row, column, or diagonal wins. Check the marked gifts together; more than one guest can win at the same time.
- If gifts will not be opened at the event, turn on the item list, cut it into slips, and play a called-word game instead.
- With many gift types and only a few presents, choose a smaller grid or a shorter winning pattern.
Before you print
Are the cards blank for guests to fill in?
This template starts with gift names already filled in. Select Blank cards in the editor if you want guests to write their own predictions.
Can I add the parent’s name?
Yes. Change the card title before printing. The title is processed in your browser, and your edits are cleared if you reload or close the page.
How do I save my cards as a PDF?
Use Print / Save PDF, then choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. Choose A4 or US Letter in the editor first, and turn off browser headers and footers. Reloading or leaving this page clears your edits, so save your PDF before you go.
